Went back 2 weeks later to Service Dept and met Tracy Korfias. She is a shinning star! While she had service dept install door pannel I went to parts dept to order console safe and camera and Lee (Gary) & Jeremy really helped with order and gave outstanding service! Tracy came & found me to let me know truck was ready. At that time Bud Monday & Mike Stanton spotted me and again thanked me for the business. I can not say how much I love my new truck! Best purchase I ever made! From Sales to service Ford of Port Richey is excellent! Bud & Mike took extra time to completely explain the featues of the truck! Lee & Jeremy in parts were a great help and finally Tracy K. is now my Service advisor for life! I used to drive a Dodge but now I am a Ford man for life! Thank you all for the great experience! P.S. Stopped in to check out vehicle we saw listed on internet. We went to the dealership to look at a 2013 Ford Flex Limited AWD that they had listed on the internet for a special internet price (so check out the We went to the dealership to look at a 2013 Ford Flex Limited AWD that they had listed on the internet for a special internet price (so check out the net before you go). Upon arriving at the dealership we were introduced to Lisa Stanton who is in charge of internet sales. She introduced us to Jack Duffie who showed us to the vehicle. After looking at the Flex we took it for a test drive. We had done a lot of research and knew exactly what we wanted. We went back inside and they made our 3 children comfortable in the customer lounge. After some price haggling, with Jack and Michael Stanton on my side, management agreed on a price. Josh Foster was able to get the interest rate that I wanted. It was a Monday evening and the finance guy Jay Keepes was a very busy man as they were obviously selling many cars that evening. Even though Jay had almost lost his voice he powered through his presentation explaining the various warranty options, tire warranties, gap ins., paint protection and such, all while not pressuring you into anything you don't want or need. He and Jack stayed until 10:30 pm to get us finished. It is a small enough dealership to not have all the competition between salespeople, and kind of a family feel. It was overall a pleasant experience. More
