Sales rep was very sweet. Not confident which left me worried. I came in for service and 4 new tires. After I picked up my car I left with a tire sensor issue no quote on how much it would be to replace. worried. I came in for service and 4 new tires. Waited in lobby after call to pick up vehicle for mechanic to attempt to fix it still no direct confidence on the tire sensor issue now I’m stuck to replace or figure it out. Sat with my daughters in the lobby. No one spoke or said anything to us looked and walked right by. Even tho this dealer ship is closer to Home. I’ll be willing to drive 40 minutes to the Clearwater ford dealership next time for friendly service and confident help. When I dropped my vehicle off at the ford dealership autonation or ferman ford dealer in Clearwater mechanics service department absolutely everyone spoke with smiles and wiling to help. At new port Richey I encountered almost 20 people and my direct service rep is the only one who smiled and helped. I’ll never go back. Spent 1k at the new port Richey location. More
