I had an issue w/ windshield wipers sporadically not operating correctly, working at all or turning on while in off position. Truck was under warranty. Initially thought the multi function switch was operating correctly, working at all or turning on while in off position. Truck was under warranty. Initially thought the multi function switch was issue and it was changed. Seemed ok but same problem reappeared. Ultimately had to leave truck for a couple days to diagnose which I was provided a loaner for. A short was then detected inside wiring harness near motor and repaired. No issues since. One of the worst experiences of my life. The General Manager should be fired. Oil poured out under the car after oil change. I could have been killed, or my engine seized, and my car destroyed.
