The car was new when I moved from buffalo and has only been serviced at dealership disappointed in last yrs shabby service on ac brakes they were more interested in my taking on the morgan charge card I think. Toni Governale performed a normally scheduled Service for my 2018 Ford Fusion. This included “The Works” and a required oil change on 10/19/20. Honestly I have no words to describe the level of frustration this vehicle and the lack of customer service I have to resolve this issue . Since I bought this truck back in July it’s been a task to t frustration this vehicle and the lack of customer service I have to resolve this issue . Since I bought this truck back in July it’s been a task to try to make sense to the dealership that this truck was sold to me with issues. Since the beginning of the first service to the radiator and then the water pump the tick sound on idle was addressed to the service advisors on shifts and to the service manager to no avail. It’s frustrating that on a truck with less than a thousand miles on my ownership and been a gas engine everywhere they ask me if is diesel from the sound of the motor. The truck don’t have any check engine lights or misfires at all . But when I bought it it was a hot day in the first week of July and the seller test drive the truck with the a/c full blast all the time and I didn’t notice this noice and because is my first Ford truck I didn’t scrutinize anything strange with it . Until the radiator leak was repaired that when I received the truck at the dealership and listening to another truck similar I notice this annoying sound . I present the service bulletins issues for this truck and at the service drop off I was told that there was no recalls to be made to the truck ( but they not bother to show me if the recalls have been made before) . So I continue with this issue of a diesel sound truck when is gas. I trade a 2007 Honda Ridgeline with no issues and I really regret letting that truck go for this one . I only want the dealer to make it right with a truck that wasn’t ready to be sold the way it is and not to truck buyers that because it have no check engine lights or misfires that everything is ok with it .
