I had the worst experience at that location ever I took my car in to have work done got it back check engine light came on after I had it bring it back in and instead of a mechanic checking my car they had my car in to have work done got it back check engine light came on after I had it bring it back in and instead of a mechanic checking my car they had the sales men look at it and diagnosed the problem then I knew my a/c resistor was messed up but they said it was my blower so I had them work on my car they replaced the blower but didnt fix the resistor they lied and said on the paper work that they did a full car inspection. If they did they wouldnt notice the resistor was bad and couldve calked me to inform me of the problem so I could've had the chance to tell them to go ahead and fix it but they never called charge ne for the blower and sent me on my way.. So the same day I took it to another mechanic where they fixed my a\c resistor.. So I'll never bring my car to ford of port Richey again and the sales guy john Kidd is a crook with a smile.. Fyi I just notice hes not even in sales hes management which makes it 10x worse More
