Ford of Port Richey - Service Center

Worst service. Was charged 150 for nothing. Absolutely nothing done on my car. I will never be returning to this service department. Had me wait 3 hours for my car when they couldn't even do one simple ta nothing done on my car. I will never be returning to this service department. Brought my own oil for an oil change and other oil was put in . When the mistake was found my oil was put in . I was then charged for the oil .when they realized that they gave me a card for free oil chan put in . When the mistake was found my oil was put in . Called back 3 days later and he had it done . All is well . More
