Absolutely terrible. (1/10) Absolutely would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. To say I'm EXTREMELY let down by this dealership would be an understatemen (1/10) Absolutely would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. To say I'm EXTREMELY let down by this dealership would be an understatement... Never again. Well I got 3 letters in the mail (1) Recall (2) Extended warranties My car gets treated by me better than I do. So I bring my car up to Ford of NPR to have the 3 jobs completed 1 Recall, 2 Warranties. Left the car there (Udder mistake) I get a call later in the day that the recall and other 2 jobs could NOT be completed until they fixed a sensor (The sensor, the recall and warranty work have nothing to do with each other) I'm told its going to be $300 to change the sensor. (The sensor is about a 5 minute install and the new part is $23) * I then get on the phone with 3 other local FORD dealerships that told me and I quote "We will only do the work you want preformed and that there is nothing holding them back from doing the 3 jobs because they have nothing to do with the sensor". * I told them no the sensor can wait till after the initial 3 jobs I came in here for are completed. (I was then told that they could falsify the paperwork so I wouldn't get anymore letters in the mail) This is when I got sketched out by how shady that is. How do you know this isn't a regular thing for them? I then take a ride up there that day to talk to someone about all this. The service manager and the service tech that I was assigned weren't there. I talked to an asst service manager that was ungodly rude multiple times I was told aggressively "Would you let me finish talking!" I called back the next day to be told by the service rep it would be $125 diagnosing fee (All 3 letters from Ford stated it was all *FREE OF CHARGE*) So again I drive up there, this time its to get my car back and make sure it doesn't get touched by these people. The manager ended up not charging me (For obvious reasons. The car was only there for the recall and warranty work) My car was then pulled around to see that they did in fact drive my obviously lowered car over a TreadSpec Groove Glove (Machine that measures tires and alignment) and ripped the aftermarket front bumper extension from 12 of its 15 securing points, as well as under body scratches, and scratched rocker panels. AFTER I ASKED FROM THE BEGINNING MY CAR NOT TO BE ROLLED OVER IT. (Because my car is obviously lowered) Saddens me and this place used to be a nice place to get work done on your car. Please save yourself the headache and go to FLAMMER. More
