Surprising surprise fantastic experience! First impressions are deceiving! I’ve been coming to Ford of Port Richey for a lonnnnnng time now. Bought a car here and will buy my next here but First impressions are deceiving! I’ve been coming to Ford of Port Richey for a lonnnnnng time now. Bought a car here and will buy my next here but that isn’t what this review is about. Years ago on my first service visit with a literal wall of advisors to choose from, Toni was the first I saw. I can’t recall specifically the details now but I ended up not working with her. And have since been bebopping around to several other advisors. In hindsight this was a mistake. You see were time jumping now a good five to six years. After dealing with what seems like a new advisor every time I come I needed to have an installation completed on an alternator for my non Ford beater truck. The last advisor I worked with was off so I said to the receptionist that took the call (she was very pleasant by the way I want to say her name was Jamie) notified me of this and I told her “anyone but Steve” (long story for another day and review). The phone rang twice and I was greeted by Toni. My misguided initial feelings came flooding back. In a split second I made up my mind to give her the chance that I never did before. After telling her the issue, that I had the part and that it was a bit too much for me to do on my own due to time limits she asked if she could call me back and let me know the install price. I agreed and prepared myself for the hours long wait. Much to my surprise it was literally a few minutes and I received her call. The estimate was given and agreed upon and a few minutes later I was on my way. Upon arrival Toni greeted me as if I was an old friend. A smile, friendly banter and within minutes we were reviewing everything and the truck was handed off. Plus 10 points here as others it feels like pulling teeth to get things off the ground. Handed her the keys and took the courtesy shuttle home. Later that afternoon Toni called me up letting me know that there was a hiccup in the estimate and that they had selected the wrong part to provide an estimate. She was beyond apologetic about the situation (another surprise) and stated she wouldn’t feel right having it done and then giving me a surprise bill. The difference was very minimal (under $100) but her sincerity was truly unexpected. I agreed with no issues to the slightly higher price. Around 4:30 pm Toni called me again. This time following up on everything that had been done and to notify me that due to the complexity of the repair (again the reason I elected to not do it myself) that they wouldn’t be able to finish it until the morning. Before I could even say “no problem” she instantly offered me a free rental due to the delay and offered to send me someone to get me and pick up the rental. Upon denying the rental she asked if I was sure and that it was absolutely no problem. I declined again because we didn’t need a vehicle that night. (Side note I’m sure she didn’t pick up on it but I about fell out of my chair at her empathy, sincerity and genuine caring about the potential issues being without a vehicle would bring to anyone. Someone please offer her a raise already I’m literally dying here!!!) After explaining our needs to her and that it was ok so long as we had the truck back by 2pm the next day; she again asked if I was sure that I wanted to decline the rental. I thanked her and declined again reiterating the 2pm need by time. Toni’s response was to sum up “if it isn’t done by 1pm we’ll get you that rental” I explained to her I work late and nights and that if it was done and I didn’t pick up I’d be in the land of dreams and said if you leave a voicemail if I don’t answer we’ll be good. Next morning I wake up at about 11:45 am. As soon as I looked at my phone there was a voicemail. Of course it was Toni! I wish I could upload the voicemail here but I will tell you that you could hear the smile in her tone while leaving it telling me the truck was ready for pickup. I called to confirm I was on my way and much to my surprise and delight unlike waiting on hold for forever for other service advisors, I was on hold for less than a minute. When Toni picked up I was greeted with a cheerful tone and a “can’t wait to see you Mr. Golden”! Picking up the truck went as smooth as the rest of the experience. Because the part I had bought that I thought I could replace but couldn’t had a large core charge Toni made absolutely sure the core was in the vehicle for me. She even went as far as to write it on the notes that were printed for the tech in huge green permanent marker “place core back in box in vehicle”. I guess what I’m trying to say to anyone reading this book: in all my years, multiple services, multiple service advisors here at Ford of Port Richey, my interaction and service request completed with Toni has been the absolute best. From the moment I first got her until I picked up the truck she made me feel like I was her one and only priority. She partnered with me every step of the way and made sure that this was an experience which was pleasurable vs “ugh I have to go get this done”. It’s been decided. I will deal with no one else. I now understand why I always have seen Toni here from the first time I came in for an oil change all those years ago. She knows her stuff, customer is number one, keep in contact and don’t leave the customer wondering and was an absolute DELIGHT to work with. In the meantime I’m still waiting for the previous advisor (unnamed as this review isn’t about him) to let me know the status of something from months ago. To all who took the time to read this review thank you for your time. To Toni, I wish I would have worked with you sooner. To Ford of Port Richey management: buy Toni a lunch also give a raise. To anyone looking for Ford service: seek no one but Toni. Thanks so much for your time! Caring people I work night shift at a local hospital and my sun roof would not close and it has been raining a lot everyday. So I had to bring my car in one morning right after work. My advisor was great. She got my SUV looked at as soon as possible found out what was wrong gave me a timeline of how long it would take to finish. I was dreading the long wait after being awake for over 24 hours but it was necessary. My advisor got the shuttle to take me home so I could sleep while the repair was being being done!! It was only a few hours not as long as I would have thought. She sent the shuttle to pick me up very timely so I could make it to work on time that same night!! Those few hours of sleep meant the world to me!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely a tired night shift nurse! More

Employyes should also NOT LIE to customers if they don’t know the answer just to get rid of them. I came in to pick up my vehicle on July 3. I was told by Becky the parts had just arrived and I could not pick it up until the next day. I then had to get picked up again by the rental car co and come back the next day when I was told by John my vehicle had been ready since 9am the day before. The only problem had been the billing was confusing. I feel Becky needs to have a bit less attitude and a bit more patience with customers when she is there to perform customer service anyway. John on the other hand was very kind and went out of his way to be helpful as did everyone else I dealt with at the dealership. It is really to bad that one person always seems to have to be like the bad apple that wants to ruins the basket full of beauty’s. I still would recommend your dealership More

Terrible. I had an appointment at 2pm. I asked how long will it take, answer I received was 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour. I received my bill and paid at 4:22pm. Oil chan I had an appointment at 2pm.
