Professional I am new to the area used another dealership before for my Fusion. Got an airbag recall. Called that dealership FOUR times left mess to get fixed. No I am new to the area used another dealership before for my Fusion. Got an airbag recall. Called that dealership FOUR times left mess to get fixed. No one returned my calls! So on advice I tried Ford of Upland, they took my first call and had me in two a few days later. I am now a new customer. Service writer Steve Martinez was great, set me up with a rental car even had my car washed for me!!! It was a recall the dealership made no money from me but they gained a new customer. I will be back and will recommend to family and friends. More

Dealing with finance I was sold a warranty that they are not allowing me to use. I wasn’t supposed to be sold the over $750 warranty.
