Craig Elstak from the dealership was responsive and took extra pictures of the car for me. He sent all the documents I needed to sign promply, and I in turn had them notarized and sent back immediately. We communicated via text message, and that worked really well. I first contacted the dealership on a Thursday and the vehicle arrived at my door on the following Wednesday. It was in excellent shape with no issues. I was very happy with the experience. More
