The problem with many exotic car salesmen is that they try to make a living from your one car, meaning that they insult you with a ridiculous lowball offer for your trade-in while at the same time trying to rip you off on an over-inflated price of their car, all while telling you with a smirk that "It's the best we can do". I never got that feeling with Hank. In fact, I didn't even feel the need to negotiate the terms of the deal once they were presented to me. What he presented seemed reasonable and fair, and that's all this customer was looking for to begin with. In a nutshell, I found Hank to be personable and straightforward, and I would not hesitate to do another deal with him in the future. More
