Mr Charles Dabney, my Sales Consultant, provided me with awesome service and answered all of my questions before I arrived at the dealership to take delivery. He even took the time to personally take photos of the Boxster and send them to me during our initial conversations. Mr. Colin Nugent, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, made a generous offer for my trade-in and kept his word in the final deal, which is something I have never experienced before from an automobile dealership. Mr. Matt Davis, Business Manager, worked with me and helped identify the best extended warranty option for my situation and made the finalization/paperwork portion of the deal the best and fastest ever. If you want to buy a high end car in the Triad or Triangle, and want a Maserati, Ferrarri, or Aston Martin, SCI has a lock on that market. I am not forgetting Porsche, which I have bought two cars from Brett, and have the highest respect. Given the scarcity of supply buying a new Ferrari 458 is a whole different ball game. That being said, I am sure Hank did as good a job as humanly possible keeping me in the delivery loop as our Italian brethren would allow. I love my new 458. It was a great 60th birthday present for myself. Hank was quentiscentialy nice, courteous, and answered a lot of my stupid questions. Overall, it was a Good experience in talking/discussing the preferred vehicle that i wanted.
