Staff in service area was very helpful. As a business person who wanted to work during the 2 1/2 hours in the waiting area, it could have been much more comfortable and productive. There is not a space that is conducive to working, including comfortable seating/tables/access to power, combined with being in one big open area with people making deals at the table beside you, talking across the dealership and loud music playing made it an unrealistic place to use in the future. Monroe Tire in Shelby is a great example for how to accommodate business professionals who need to continue being productive while waiting for that length of time. Again, staff was great!
