I was told when I bought my brand new 2018 Odyssey that if I had to bring it in to be worked on that there would be no problem getting me a loaner car. This is my 3rd time bringing it in and every time the if I had to bring it in to be worked on that there would be no problem getting me a loaner car. All service and after purchase items, including tires and weatherproof floor mats, have been provide by Forest City Honda.
