Charge more than quoted. I was happy that they got me a key replacement quickly. I just hate when car dealers and service departments charge more than they quoted. They quoted me a price for replacing the keys that were lost. Then they charged extra charges for environmental crap when all that should be in the price you quote. Come purchase my products how would you feel if I add recycle charges for boxes etc that go along with the process after you buy my product. You expect to pay what was quoted plus the taxes, not excess charges. I could have had it done cheaper with the key company and they would have come out to my house. Not again. Happy with the service not happy with a hidden cost. I won't recommend it or take my car again. I love HONDAS but dislike unethical business practices. More

I forgot the extra key that needed to be returned so 'Angie came to my home & picked it up to save me from having to drive back from Marion to Forest City.She is very personable so felt like I met a new friend. They were enthusiastic in 2013 and were a lot of fun to buy from. This time it wasn't near as fun. Car buying should be a happy time, fun, and enjoyable for both the staff, and buyer. It wasn't the case this time. The gentleman I communicated with during the process, he was there when I picked up the car, but didn't speak to me. He didn't even come out to introduce himself, to say "thank you", or anything else. I has just bought a car from him, he couldn't even speak to me. This is just wrong. He had Angie do the work instead. I wanted a photo with one of the employees in front of my new car, he agreed but said, "Let's get this photo done, I have work to take care of". I am sorry, but this dealership has changed so much, and not for the better. It saddens me because I always thought of Forest City Honda as extended family. The world is changing, and I was looking for the familiar smiling faces. I was so excited to buy from them again, it was just a bit melancholy this time. More

Still haven’t received plates. Jaylynne was fantastic, but management tried to step on her sale and haggle with me despite my paying cash for vehicle, which I saw as unnecessary. Good, down to earth people I enjoyed my time with. I intended to visit 3 dealerships but started and bought with Honda of Far City.
