I’ve been pleased with the service and attention but recently they did not perform a specific, requested service item. They didn’t think it was needed, but instead of informing me of that opinion, they recently they did not perform a specific, requested service item. I have always respected the Service Department at Forest City Honda. They never tried to add service...or find something else to bring up the price. Sadly, that changed this time. I was told that my vehicle City Honda. They never tried to add service...or find something else to bring up the price. Sadly, that changed this time. I was told that my vehicle of under 18,000 miles, (2020 CR-V) needed a change of diff fluid for AWD. I have never heard of such a thing, and no one explained it to me. They only said my car needed it. I still have no idea what the diff fluid is nor why it was needed. I ended up paying $190 for oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and the diff fluid changed. More

I’m not sure how this dealership has gotten as high of a rating as it has. I definitely do NOT recommend it. They have excessive dealer add-ons and they don’t support warranty claims against cosmetically de rating as it has. I definitely do NOT recommend it. They have excessive dealer add-ons and they don’t support warranty claims against cosmetically defective parts under the new vehicle warranty. I do, however, like Angie in finance. If anything, she’s the silver lining within this black cloud of a dealership. At least, that’s my experience. More
