Angie was out in the front to introduce herself. She was knowledgeable but not pushy about their cars. Really happy with the friendly service representative’s explanation of the report & provided service. My only recommendation is to consider changing the policy of several oil change appointments being set explanation of the report & provided service. The car that pulled in directly in front of me was in and out in 20 minutes whereas I was checked out an hour later. Fortunately I had extra time that afternoon and received good tips for when to set appointments in the future. Overall very good experience. More
