I walked in not knowing what to expect. Was greeted at the door by two employees. For which was a refreshing experience. Demetrius then asked what he could do for me today, and got started Was greeted at the door by two employees. For which was a refreshing experience. Demetrius then asked what he could do for me today, and got started with what I was to be driving off the lot with that day. Well, much to my surprise, I decided to go with the Lease purchase plan. And drove off the lot with a beautiful 2022 Honda Accord Sport. I am loving this car a lot. And Demetrius said he knew that I would. Love all the fantastic customer service that was given to me by the whole staff at Forest City Honda. More

BEWARE! !! If you’re shopping for a new car online - scroll past this dealer! Whether intentionally or not, Forest City Honda will mislead you and you will p !! If you’re shopping for a new car online - scroll past this dealer! Whether intentionally or not, Forest City Honda will mislead you and you will pay more than you intend for a vehicle with less options than you desire. I am kicking myself for trusting this dealer. The process seemed easy but the reality-You will be hoodwinked. The big flag I clearly missed- this dealer doesn’t post their price online and when you inquire on a vehicle you want they’ll push you to a lesser vehicle that looks identical. And when you get to the paperwork, watch out! An hour wait wore me down. So kicking myself! The final paperwork process was another bait and switch. I asked for Honda Financing and they tried to push me to a local bank. When I asked why? I was told Honda didn’t finance for the term I requested but I knew better and wouldn’t you know it HONDA financing was a better rate! Hondas are great! Forest City Honda not so much. More
