This dealership will respond publicly to all negative feedback stating they are willing to resolve, but its really just a PR stunt. I have already been in contact, there is nothing more they can do. They will upsell and force you to take addons that arent even installed, they dont do what they say. Such as a flat tire they said there was a nail and they fixed it, took it to another service department due to continued issues and the nail was still in the tire. Said they replaced the tail lights but did not. They were instructed to just ship them to me, they said they did only to find they did not. The service department here is the worst I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking of purchasing a car here or scheduling service go find another place because they are worthless and dont actually do anything.
