Very hard to get into right now, but that was not the reason for the 3. The service department told me I was 2nd in line to get service. This was after they failed to tell me the service workers did not reason for the 3. The service department told me I was 2nd in line to get service. This was after they failed to tell me the service workers did not arrive until 8AM. My appopintment was for 7:30. So I wasted 1/2 hour of my toime right from the start! Then I watched 4-5 people who came into the dealership after me get their service and go home. What about 2nd in-line? My time is valuable also, please have more respect for that fact. More

I had an appt for an oil change and lube at 10:30AM. At 12:30PM, I was still waiting, in the waiting room. Went to service desk, keys were hanging on the wall, car was done.
