I booked the appointment at a time Miquel chose. Brought my car in on a Sunday so you guys could have it all day. (Uber: $12) On Monday morning I’m told there is no courtesy car and I’ll have to find my own way to the dealership (Uber:$42). This was NOT Miguel’s fault… the man was working his butt off. Clearly, numerous people did not show up to work. A really bad experience, especially when I had planned it with your input. Once the complimentary pm’s are done, I doubt I’ll be back. It just keeps getting worse. More
