Scheduling my oil change was easy and accommodating. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, I was disappointed. First of all I went to the cashier to pay and the paperwork was not there, then when she rece it came time to pick up my vehicle, I was disappointed. First of all I went to the cashier to pay and the paperwork was not there, then when she received it I asked if I could use coupons I had received in the mail and she said I had to ask somebody else about them. Why does the cashier not know about them or how to process them. She never said let me call and ask the person. Then I came out to get my car and the tech drive off with it around the building, so I had to follow it. When I asked him what he was doing , he stated getting it washed. Why was it not washed when the work was completed??? Once he was done with the wash he pulled it back into the garage. Why???? So, I had to go back around the building. Then the service guy came out and I had to go back into the garage to drive it through to leave. This was all done after I got a call about an hour and half before stating my car was ready for pickup. I dropped my car off at 7 am and they called a the about 3:30 stating it was done. All that was done was an oil change and wiper change. I don’t classify this as good customer service. More
I knew which vehicle I wanted and how much money I wanted to spend. I based that on reading several articles and watching many videos on car buying. I very much appreciated their patience and eagerness. This was a good experience. I've bought several cars, and rarely have I felt like the dealership and I were working together. This time, with Boucher's openness to my price and other suggestions, I did feel I was a respected part of the transaction. We laid out our positions and talked them through until we came to an agreeable conclusion. Our negotiations on price were done by phone and mostly email. That made this a lot easier than with previous cars sales elsewhere. This is the kind of place that I want to reward with my business. Also, let me give a shout-out to David Wilson, internet sales consultant, and Chris Tessmer, general sales manager, as well as a few other staffers whose names I do not have. Thanks. More
