2017 Traverse Very impressed - treated very professionally by Jaden. The used (2017 Traverse) vehicle was impeccably clean (looked like a new car) - you really need Very impressed - treated very professionally by Jaden. The used (2017 Traverse) vehicle was impeccably clean (looked like a new car) - you really need to let your detailers know that they made a great impression. The only down side was that the vehicle had only one key & the customer had to pay (reduced costs) to have the second key made. That being said, the dealership did make arrangements for a "loaner" so we could eat dinner while the key was being made. More

Service on my Cadillac all work done well. Oil changed and tire repaired. Tech did a temporary repair on tire but suggested replacement of damaged tire. I replaced all 4 tir all work done well. Just out of parking lot and checked recite and noticed oil wasn't changed so returned to service center and questioned why it wasn't done and after staring at screen was told it will be changed right away. I expect more out of Boucher Chevrolet than that. I only have been doing business with you for 20 plus years. More
