Julia was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. I trusted her because her hard work, honesty, and decency shows she’s a person of integrity. I couldn’t believe how fast we we in and out of the deal trusted her because her hard work, honesty, and decency shows she’s a person of integrity. I couldn’t believe how fast we we in and out of the dealership. I was expecting to waste my entire Saturday sitting in the waiting room, but I was only there for a couple of hours and drive home in my new used Mini Cooper. A few days later I had a concern about a light that came on the dashboard. Julia told me to bring it in. I brought it in and the serviceman (who was also super friendly and helpful) fixed the problem in under ten minutes, no charge! More
