Was not impressed at all with service. Second fob worked with untouched battery in it after I removed battery and replaced in first fob. I walked in with the same information that I came in with. Had a mult with untouched battery in it after I removed battery and replaced in first fob. I walked in with the same information that I came in with. Had a multi - point inspection based on years not mileage only have 15382 when inspected. Next morning would not start. today went to independent shop in northern Wisconsin. checked car came up up with answer confirmed with volkswagen dealer up there. order part and will have it installed Friday.
