Rocio was friendly, positive, and helpful from the very beginning. She found out the type of vehicle I was interested in, showed me that vehicle, and then showed me a vehicle that met all my needs but I h beginning. I fell in love with the Jeep she suggested. I told her I really wanted a certain color for my Jeep and she said,” What if I told you we have that color out back?” I was sold! Stopped in randomly on a Sunday when meeting family for breakfast, and happened across pretty much the exact used truck I had been thinking about. Combined with a jeep that the wife liked we decided to see breakfast, and happened across pretty much the exact used truck I had been thinking about. Combined with a jeep that the wife liked we decided to see if there was anything to be done. After talking with Randy back and forth I am super happy to say we have both sitting in the driveway now. This makes several vehicles we have our ahead through Boucher dealerships and always happy to go back. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure financing is the best available and when you say you want something a certain way, if it's possible they deliver. Thanks for a great experience yet again Frank Boucher Janesville!! Now I just need to stay out of your lot for 5 years or more !!! More
