Sales staff was great overall. Two reasons this was not 5 stars: 1. The vehicle had been on the lot for some time. The battery that drives the stop/start ignition while stopped seems to need replacing as i stars: 1. The vehicle had been on the lot for some time. The battery that drives the stop/start ignition while stopped seems to need replacing as it has been throwing some warnings even during delivery. The service department did not have the part on hand and we were going on vacation. Will have to come back again to have it checked and replaced. 2. I was promised the vehicle would be cleaned up and the tank filled ahead of pickup. The vehicle was clean, but we were only provided a 1/4 tank of gas. I feel as though if I am paying 58K for a vehicle, this would be a customer experience no brainer. More

Arrived at express location without issues. The process to have car serviced was easy. Once I on line stated why was there for (oil change/tire rotation). Was even offered complementary car wash, which m to have car serviced was easy. Once I on line stated why was there for (oil change/tire rotation). Frank Boucher has always treated me great since I bought my Wrangler back in 2012. This time was no different. My Jeep was in for a recurring check engine light issue. The service department gave me the use my Wrangler back in 2012. This time was no different. My Jeep was in for a recurring check engine light issue. The service department gave me the use of a loaner vehicle as my Jeep was in the shop for several days to identify and fix the issue. Everybody in the service department was very pleasant and professional to deal with. More

What a great experience! Everyone was pleasant, fun and very professional. Ian Kottman was great! He explained everything very well and was a joy to work with.
