My salesperson Jackson was amazing and very helpful. This was my first car buying experience, and it was really less than ideal. I was told that the computer was acting up, and he didn't even think the USB had anything on it. Really upsetting that this was my first car buying experience. More
Overall had a great experience. the truck is nice, service and friendliness of the people at the dealership were amazing. the only issue that I could possibly complain about was that I had told the sa service and friendliness of the people at the dealership were amazing. the only issue that I could possibly complain about was that I had told the salesperson about a truck that I had previously looked at that I turned down because there was front end damage that was not listed in the Carfax and unfortunately after I had driven home, the next day while showing off the truck I noticed the front bumper had a vertical crease to the right of the license plate from hitting something like a pole. I will have to fix this myself, but the free gift for purchasing a truck was a 20 lb box of steaks. that was nice More

Not very happy with Dodge. Been coming to Janesville branch since 2013? Last year a computer issue made me wait almost 5 hours for my oil change. I let the payment clerk know it was a ridiculous wait ti branch since 2013? Last year a computer issue made me wait almost 5 hours for my oil change. I let the payment clerk know it was a ridiculous wait time for just an oil change! As I was leaving the parking lot a Manager called and offered me 3 free oil changes and put them on my account. I accepted and moved on. Every year I bring one of four dodge vehicles in for some sort of service usually oil changes twice a year. I brought both my wife’s van and my new truck in this week for oil changes . Spending roughly $150. I asked the main guy in the bay who I’ve seen for years if my remaining two oil changes could be transferred to my new truck since no longer have the old one. He then tried to advise me they expired in 2018 and were only good for a year and I hadn’t been in since 2018. I told him it was last year I had been given the oil changes and furthermore I’m in for oil changes 2-3 times a year and every year. He proceeded to argue with me like I’m a child. I’m pretty sure that I know when and how often I come in for service. Definitely not very pleased with almost back to back incidents. Feel un-appreciated and maybe need to take my service elsewhere. I guess this is how you treat veterans and loyal customers? More
