Troy listened to my feelings about my past experience and made sure the finance manager was aware, as well. I have bought several vehicles as a single older female and this is a rare experience being treated with respect as something other than the little old lady. I was prepared for high pressure and questionable tactics designed to prey on me but I was gladly disappointed and it was replaced with satisfaction and confidence that I had chosen the right dealership.They strive for transparency and have met that goal. I dealt with Jeff Fields and was pleased with his knowledge of the product, ability to compare it to other products and explain why the one we were talking about was right for me. If he did not know something, he admitted it and made sure he found out and got back to me. He also made sure that I felt comfortable with being able to come back to the dealership for further instructions/guidance but also made sure I had available to me other resources and how to use them. I generally hate giving 5 out of 5 stars but in this case I am at a loss as to how they could have done better. YooHooo! More
