First time Buyer at Frank Boucher Dealership and was pleasantly surprised with their facilities and staff. Was also surprised with the little gift you get to choose from when purchasing a new vehicle as pleasantly surprised with their facilities and staff. You should have a check list before releasing a car. I have fingerprints all over the inside of my windshield. We had to finish screwing in the visor piece to the ceiling. The port where you can charge have fingerprints all over the inside of my windshield. We had to finish screwing in the visor piece to the ceiling. The port where you can charge your phone is broken, you can pull it out, showing the wires. Chrysler supplier took over a week to get part in, instead went with different supplier so it wouldn't take over 2 weeks but that part is now not guaranteed from the dealership. More

Randy and Ryan were very nice to work with. We were surprised to not have an automatic lift gate on this jeep. That was a disappointment. Because this jeep was transferred from another dealership we di surprised to not have an automatic lift gate on this jeep. That was a disappointment. Because this jeep was transferred from another dealership we didn’t test drive or go over all the features prior to purchase. We did look at the detail sheet and compare to the jeep trail hawk we were trading in but didn’t notice that the automatic lift gate wasn’t on this new one. More
