Very poor communication by staff. Had a new transmission put in under warranty, the people I spoke to kept giving me completion dates that moved further out. It was not until I spoke with the service manage put in under warranty, the people I spoke to kept giving me completion dates that moved further out. It was not until I spoke with the service manager that a full explanation for the delay was given. That was almost 2 months in. When I finally picked the vehicle up, it was here are your keys, bye.
