Everyone there is very nice and make you feel welcome. My service was all under warranty and they tried hard to figure out my mystery noise. Turns out, it's apparantly hereditary to the Atlas line. We had a GREAT experience Boucher. We actually bought a Ford Expedition here, and so glad we did. Keith Norris was our salesman contact, and so glad he was! He went out of his way to help us out. We live c Ford Expedition here, and so glad we did. Keith Norris was our salesman contact, and so glad he was! He went out of his way to help us out. We live close to Madison, and have kids who don't always cooperate. Keith drove the Expedition up to us from Janesville so we could test drive it. He also walked us through the process, worked with us on pricing, gave us great recommendations for upgrading the vehicle with aftermarket parts, and he even drove back over to us with our garage door opener when we left it in the car we traded in! Keith was fantastic to work with! More

Disappointed with the lack of follow up. From not sending the buyer’s order until five days after agreeing to the purchase, after you received my check from credit union fail to return my call until later th the buyer’s order until five days after agreeing to the purchase, after you received my check from credit union fail to return my call until later that night, Last week was told someone would call to credit back my down payment. Never received a call back until sales person called to see how my purchases was going. Finally Monday you called and said the money has been credited to my account. Checked account was not there called and was told it takes 2-3 days.jeff was great everything after that fell apart. More
