I am still waiting for my extra key because they lost it when they were cleaning my car getting it ready for delivery. Well informed assistance! Having traded in my '17 GTI on a '19 Alltrack, I had some specific questions about some features of the car and service/maintenance issues. I knew Corey would have the info I needed, as he is a VW enthusiast and, if I may say, "gearhead". He did not disappoint! It's terrific to have someone that really knows his product! Before I retired, we were not allowed to take our company cars (not VW's) to the dealer for service. I used a good independent service center. With my GTI and now the Alltrack, I feel very good about the service, knowledge, and attention I get from the Boucher service department. I've also dealt with Jericho and Kayce in the past and would say the same. More

Great service! Boucher always takes good care of me. I hit a rock in the park with my Cherokee and wrecked the tire and damaged the rim. They repaired the wheel (no Boucher always takes good care of me. I hit a rock in the park with my Cherokee and wrecked the tire and damaged the rim. They repaired the wheel (no charge) and sold me a new Firestone tire at $35 discount, mounted and balanced the tire, did an inspection, and 4-wheel alignment. I am all set and happy with the service.
