Brady is extremely knowledgeable of not only his products but his competitors as well. Arrived for my scheduled online appointment with confirmation and service rep stated it would be 1.5 to 2 hours because of drive up services. Rep indicated oil changes made online were not honored confirmation and service rep stated it would be 1.5 to 2 hours because of drive up services. Rep indicated oil changes made online were not honored but first come first serve. I just drove a distance and needed to depart on a long trip so time was critical. Was told a manager would contact me but none has done so. Need to remove scheduling from internet site. More
