This dealership makes the buying process a pleasant experience. I had a price they quoted me before I came in and when it was time to sign paperwork, the price stayed the same. I can't say this about past dealerships that I have bought cars from. Ian was friendly and very informative about the Jeep Cherokee Latitude that we purchased. He answered all of our questions. Shawn, the finance guy was pleasant to work with. Not a pushy guy at all. He explained our loan and what we would be paying and went over all the purchase docs with us. Before we left we were given a gift. A new grill, which is great for us because our current one is 20 years old. Ian also made sure we met the sales manager, Ryan before we left. He was great too. This is the first car we have bought from Frank Boucher so I don't have any feedback on their service department but I'm sure they will do a great job. More

1st I was told that they were not going to pull my credit since I had a preapproveal letter from my credit union which they use then they do it always, not happy. Then I was told the price was $35,000ish wit since I had a preapproveal letter from my credit union which they use then they do it always, not happy. Then I was told the price was $35,000ish with tax, title and licensing. They did not go over "their" final price at closing. Just sign here, sign here and about extra warranty. Then I find out from credit union it is over $40,000. I have emailed manager twice with no response, not happy. More

Purchased my first Ever VW, I picked the Tiguan and I could not be happier. The entire process from walking into the dealership to walking out with the keys to my new vehicle was amazing. Was immediately warmly greeted and escorted by Service through the construction zone to Sales.
