I was a 1/2 hour late but the service advisor got me in, work was done as ordered and price was fine. Asked SA to connect blu tooth for my smart phone, she did BUT did not set me up for voice command (probably didn't realize that i needed that as well for contact info from smart phone verbally) so now I can get calls but not make them

Those working there have always been friendly and helpful if we ever had any questions. I am informed of what is happening with our car as it is being serviced while waiting. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee, water and soft drinks available. I set and read as I wait. We are quite happy with Boucher's services.

Mechanical work was good. But to find oil all over my garage floor the next day is unacceptable. Had to leave work to bring car back in. Chris did take good care of me when I returned. But never should have happened.

The lady that checked my car in and helped look for what was needed to be fixed on my car was super nice and very helpful. However 70% of the staff was not wearing masks. I have very vulnerable family members and being exposed to all of that puts them at risk. Some of the stay had masks pulled under their chin and some didn’t even have one on. It’s sad to see people don’t care about others around them enough to simply wear a piece of cloth on their face. I’m sad to see so many of them not following it.
