They had my car and part but Kept giving me the run around that my car was next up to be fixed..after a month I called and complained…Loaner car they gave me smelled like cigarette smoke plus door sque around that my car was next up to be fixed..after a month I called and complained…Loaner car they gave me smelled like cigarette smoke plus door squeaked when you opened it..also it really smelled bad when you used AC..not real happy with over all experience..gave me the loaner with hardly any gas in it and washer fluid light on More

I was to go in for my back-up camera which did not display and sometimes I was not able to change the channel on my radio. Fifteen minutes before my husband was going to the day of the appointment, th display and sometimes I was not able to change the channel on my radio. Fifteen minutes before my husband was going to the day of the appointment, the camera and radio worked well. I canceled the appointment but my husband was already on his way and had the oil changed. With regard for the service department, I couldn't be happier. They did a fantastic job with realigning my front end under warranty. Also the service advisor Erika Johnson was very helpful, courteous, an happier. They did a fantastic job with realigning my front end under warranty.
