Problem still exists I left my vehicle on a Wednesday to get checked. I was told in the past of what could be causing the issue, which were assumptions, and unless my vehicle had a “light” on then it would be “ok”. I continue to have the issue, even after being told a technician drove my vehicle for 20 miles. I’m very disappointed that the service department is depending on a computer system to tell them something isn’t right rather than doing more investigation on their end. More
Frustrated Because the truck still showing the service message after a day out of the shop feels like they didn't even looked deep into the problem Because the truck still showing the service message after a day out of the shop feels like they didn't even looked deep into the problem More

By th Went in for my oil change and used frank brown as per my warranty demands. They kinked the oring and gave the car back to me without checking. By the time I drove 5 miles off the lot my engine was smoking and oil poring out. Meaning they were to lazy to check their final work. I love my Chrysler and pissed that it endured engine damage and now reeks of smoke. Had I left town that day as intended I would be sueing right now as my engine would be locked and myself stranded. Poor customer service I picked up a 2016 suburban that was supposedly certified. They delivered it to my house and come to find out the entertainment system didn't work. I I picked up a 2016 suburban that was supposedly certified. They delivered it to my house and come to find out the entertainment system didn't work. I took it back and they charged me $600 to fix it. They didn't vacuum it out or wash it. They didn't even put the mats where they go, they were just piled in the back and missing driver mat , which they want to charge me for too. I don't think it should matter what car you buy, the customer service should be the same. I will never buy another vehicle from here. More
Everythings was great that morning, except. The mechanic didn't take the time to secure the oil pan and it fell off on one side and I got stranded. And it was after dealership service hours, spo The mechanic didn't take the time to secure the oil pan and it fell off on one side and I got stranded. And it was after dealership service hours, spoke to the person answering the phone for the sales personnel, l and got cut off... Got no one to help me, I live out of town and felt helpless. I had to manage it by myself (61 yrs old lady) I did get the car to the drop off area;after crawling under the car and secure the oil pan enough to get it back to the dealership approx. 10 miles out, traveling 20 mpr.. I had to spend the night in Lubbock, had someone pick me up that afternoon 7:30 pm, next morning drop me off to pick up my car. And late to my job. Not a good experience at all... More

I had scratched the front I brought my Durango in to get it certified for the warranty why it wasn’t done before I purchased the vehicle is strange.. I had scratched the front bumper so I had them give me an estimate and they said yes we will do it for this amount. I pick up my car & they didn’t fix The Whole bumper like we agreed on, I wouldn’t recommend them for body work at all More
Didn’t even last a week Bought a used vehicle, looked good, felt good, I asked to get a few items fixed that didn’t work properly and they charged me $1,300 extra. Salesman e Bought a used vehicle, looked good, felt good, I asked to get a few items fixed that didn’t work properly and they charged me $1,300 extra. Salesman ensured my wife and I that “Frank Brown does an extensive inspection on all their used vehicles”. Three days and 20 miles later the check engine light came on. Called the sales manager and he said I signed an as is contract so it wasn’t their problem. One hour later I got pulled over for having no license plate lights. Turns out there were 5 lights out in the whole vehicle. took my vehicle yesterday to the service department and was charged $1,100 for the issue with the check engine light... now I’ve spent $30k on a truck and added $2,400 in repairs all in the first week... the sad part is instead of an apology or even empithizing with me I was just reminded that i bought a used car as is. We reached an agreement on a new Honda, and then the next day when we returned to do the paperwork, they would not honor the previous agreement. The salesman who agreed to our deal was not there so I called day when we returned to do the paperwork, they would not honor the previous agreement. The salesman who agreed to our deal was not there so I called his cellphone number, and he agreed with me that the dealer was not giving us the deal we came to the previous day. He said he would call the dealer and take care of it. After a couple hours I didn't hear from anyone. I called the salesman back several times but he never answered, the Dealer claims they haven't heard from him all day and have no way to contact him to confirm if what I'm saying is legitimate or not. All of this over an accessory which likely cost the dealer less than $40. Further, when it came time for the financing documents, it got even worse. I'm a Finance student at Texas Tech, they knew this and they tried to keep me out of the finance office saying all they needed was my girlfriend since she was purchasing the car. I knew then they were going to try something tricky. The Financing Officer was extremely rude and unhelpful. He offered minimal descriptions at best of the documents to sign. Sure enough, I notice they have added $550 to the sale price we reached for the car. By the end of the process, my girlfriend was in tears because of the poor customer experience this dealer provides. And to top it all off, after their "wash and detail" I still easily found shipping tape on the exterior of the car and had to wait while they re-cleaned it, they almost forgot to give her a full tank of gas as well. What should have been an extremely happy day with her getting her very first brand new car, turned into an experience which will likely keep her away from car dealers for a very long time. More
