I recently visited the dealership's service department for some scheduled maintenance work, and Rachelle, the lead service advisor of the driveway promptly attended to my needs. She immediately contacted Asurant and Car Shield to initiate the process of determining my plan coverage and expediting the inspection by their inspectors at the service department. During this visit, I also had new Vogue tires installed along with a four-wheel alignment which now has my vehicle running smoothly like new again! Good job done by the service technician over there! The professionalism displayed by Rachelle during my recent visit was impressive as she worked efficiently towards ensuring that all necessary parts were available or ordered in timely fashion while keeping me updated throughout.
