I live in Phoenix, so I flew one way to KY, where I was greeted by the owner's personal driver, Lou, who gave me a lift in my new truck! Lou was awesome company. When I got to the dealership, I met David B., who'd been working with me to get this remote deal done promptly. David was great, very friendly and informative. Their facility was one of the nicest I've ever seen, very classy. David introduced me to the team and the owner himself, who I had the pleasure of chatting with until I was ready to meet with Bill. Unexpected Surprise at Toyota of Frankfort I began a used car buying trip by starting with Frankfort of Toyota—thinking that I would start with the brand car that I would like to be able to aff I began a used car buying trip by starting with Frankfort of Toyota—thinking that I would start with the brand car that I would like to be able to afford, but thinking a used Toyota would probably be out of my price range. Clay met me at the entrance to the dealership and asked if I usually worked with anyone in particular at the dealership. After I said “no,” he stated he would take care of me, and he did in a friendly, non pressure way. He put me in used 2009 RAV4 with a V6 (a must for me), and got my trade in looked over quickly. I love my new used car and can thank Clay for a great experience. More
