The car I was interested in was not in on the first day, but Jesse took me for test drives in several comparable vehicles to give me the feel of each. I made an appointment to return, which I had to cancel, but rescheduled for the next day. While there were others interested in the car I purchased, I never felt pressured or felt that I was a woman in a man's world. The whole experience was enjoyable and comfortable. Because of Jesse's outlook, honesty and personality, I felt very comfortable purchasing this car from him. The car was slightly higher than others I had planned to see elsewhere, but, due in large part to the salesman, and the way I was treated by the rest of the dealership, I chose to trade and purchase my Highlander at Frankfort Toyota. 2018 RAV4 Limited We came to Frankfort Toyota looking for an AWD RAV4, but not sure which trim level we wanted. Gary Fields greeted us promptly, then showed us the vari We came to Frankfort Toyota looking for an AWD RAV4, but not sure which trim level we wanted. Gary Fields greeted us promptly, then showed us the various options available in their large inventory. He opened and talked us through about a half dozen different combinations. We drove a couple different RAV's, finally choosing the Limited. All the while, Gary was extremely patient while showing us exactly what we wanted to see with NO pressure at all. After making our choice, we went inside and quickly negotiated a deal that we all liked. Before we drove away, Gary walked us through all of the vehicle options, even pairing our phones to the system. We took our time, never felt rushed or pressured, and were done in 3 1/2 hours.
