We called ahead with many questions and they were all thoroughly answered by sales associate Ben Thompson. If you have questions, ask for Ben Thompson - he is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable. We made an appointment to come see the cars and (and finally met Ben) and saw very quickly that this dealership is where we wanted to do business - very professional yet easy going low pressure environment, big beautiful well kept lot and building, extremely friendly welcoming staff. Test drive was awesome. The car (Toyota Prius 2014) was even more than I was hoping it would be. Ben drove us through some gorgeous horse farm drives and then stopped the car midway for us to get out and learn about the car's features and technology. I have to say, not being a very techy person, the new technologies in these cars can be a bit intimidating. Its easy to say "oh I won't use that" until somebody patiently shows you. Ben explained and set up everything for me so well and made it so easy for me to understand that I KNOW the features I will be using are things I definitely WOULDN'T be using unless it had been explained to me like he did. The payment setup was just as easy and enjoyable. We met Bill Gaines for the financing and he made the experience quick and very enjoyable. I was told this guy has been doing this for 30 years and his stories are just awesome to hear! When we left with the car, Ben made sure we understood that if we had ANY questions or issues to not hesitate to call. And believe me, you can tell that HE MEANS IT. Quick reponse to my online questions. I had contacted several dealers asking for their best "On The Road" price on a Camry Hybrid with the options I selected. All of the other dealers res I had contacted several dealers asking for their best "On The Road" price on a Camry Hybrid with the options I selected. All of the other dealers responded with more questions for me or wanted to talk with me on the phone without giving me an answer. Jimmy gave me the best price we had seen and did it very quickly. We drove two hours to look at and test drive the car. We was driving the car home within 3 hours. Great experience as it was our first new car!!
