I had a great experience at Glenn Toyota of Frankfort, Ky. From the very start when I entered the door at Glenn Toyota I was greeted by two or three friendly staff. The staff stayed in contact with me throught cell phone and e-mail to let me know updates on what I was looking for in a truck. I wanted a truck that they did not have but they worked with other dealerships to get the vehicle I wanted and ever step of the way they informed me as to what was going on. Once my truck came in they came to my house and picked me up and I drove the vehicle back to the dealership to finalize the purchase. My Xzilon experience, I purchased the Xzilon paint protector when I bought my truck 2 days later I had the dealership put it on my vehicle the very next day I went to work and when I got ready to leave from work I found some bird feces on my front bumper. Once I got home a took a wet rag and wipped it off, but I noticed that it made a place in my paint. So the next day I went up to Glenn Toyota and Mr. Chris Stewart greeted me and asked how my truck was doing I told him about the feces and he immediately had me pull around to the service department where they buffed out the stain and the re-Xziloned my front bumper. Then the General Manager Eric Clark came to talk to me about what all the service department did to take care of the problem and he wanted me to inspect the truck to make sure that I was satisfied. The truck looked like nothing had happened. Great job!! If you are looking for a Toyota Tundra I recommend Glenn Toyota!!!!! More

Today I just bought a used Highlander from Glenn Toyota. The reason I am writing this review is this was by far the most pleasant quickest car buying experience I have ever had. After having dealt with the guys on Nicholasville Road and NOT exactly liking the treatment I went through there, made me a bit unsure if I wanted to "jump back into the fire", but I thought what the heck and NOT exactly liking the treatment I went through there, made me a bit unsure if I wanted to "jump back into the fire", but I thought what the heck, one more try.
