Frankfort Toyota has a great service department with great people who will make your visit very pleasant and enjoyable, they will not let you leave without a smile on your face with big satisfaction that keep you coming back again and again, and you will enjoy their hospitality ( Donuts, Cookies, Coffee, tea , water, TV, Internet service, etc , etc ) you will feel like you are at your home. The Gentleman who I dealt with his name Johnny Case ( Assistant Service Manger ) , he is a great Guy , he will take care of you and if you have an issue or conflict, he will solve it and take care of it in your satisfaction, because he would like to see you coming again. and if he is not there talk to Beth , or her associates, she is a very sweet lady, I have nothing bad to say about this dealership, every one is very friendly starting from top management ( Eric Clark, Mike Tewell and their team) to the beautiful lady who take care of the Coffee and Donuts and who keep the place very neat and clean, I wish I know her name. From the people who answer the phone to make your appointment ( Judy Hensley and her team ) to the people who work on your car , to the people who get your parts ready ( Daryl Cornish and his team) and do not forget Mr. Jimmy Williams the leasing consultant and his group of consultants , and if you need to finance ask for Mr. Bill and his associates. To be honest with you everyone works in this dealership is wonderful, and do not forget the Beautiful Tammy Goodman the office manger .
