I deal with Glen Toyota service on a regular monthly basis as I am in charge of vehicle maintenance for 3 of our Toyota Sienna vans. I really like the customer service department here - all reps are fr basis as I am in charge of vehicle maintenance for 3 of our Toyota Sienna vans. I really like the customer service department here - all reps are friendly, knowledgable and helpful; however, in my experience, Georgie goes above and beyond with assisting. She assists in assuring my vans are serviced and out the door properly maintained with timely,efficient service. She is good about informing of actual scheduled maintenance needs and not over-recommending too many "un-needed" services just to make a buck. She always explains when I ask why a specific service is needed, etc. Last year, she went out of her way to check if Toyota could price match a set of 4 tires so we as a nonprofit business could keep our costs down while going through my preferred service vendor, Glen Toyota - she did so. She accomodates the smallest worry with the vehicles - lots of times that has been just resetting a button, quickly inserting a seat, tire pressure check, etc. I recommend people to use Glen Toyota Service because of Georgie and Beth. I had my 2012 Toyota Camry in for 15,000 mile service. Everyone was very nice and cheerful. I had a question about the mileage number on the service sticker which they explained. Beth was fantastic, and took care of everything that I needed addressing some concerns that I had after hitting some road debris on the highway.
