BUYER BEWARE! Dishonest and no service after the sale. I have dealt with this auto dealer since I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2015, the only good encounter I have had with them i I have dealt with this auto dealer since I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2015, the only good encounter I have had with them is the day I bought my car. They promised me the moon to get the sale but have provided me with little service after the sale. What was provided was terrible. I wrote a bad review on them several years ago and a manager left a comment under for me to call so they could make things right, I did call and left messages, none were ever returned. Today is the last day I will ever have to deal with them. They are more dishonest than anyone I have ever done business with. When I purchased my vehicle I was sold several "add on" plans (I knew better). I strongly advise against purchasing a service agreement because even if you make and appointment and are the first one there for an oil change you will not get out of there in under 1 1/2 hrs, most likely it will be two or more, and good luck getting them to honor anything else they told you would be included. Their own salesmen don't even understand the products they are selling, they lie to get the sale, get their commission, and then they are done with you. Today I was told not to trust what they told me because their word is irrelevant, that I should have had a lawyer read over all of my paper work before signing it. Their own finance guy that sells warranties didn't even understand the warranty and I had another finance guy who also sells warranties at another dealership look over my contract and he couldn't understand why they were doing what they were doing. They have been misleading and dishonest since day one. Five years later, I am so glad my business with them is over. I know I will never be given the money that was promised to me but I do hope I can convince someone else to not make the same mistake I did. My Grand Cherokee has been great but I recommend any dealer other than the one in Franklin. I have used Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram multiple times throughout the years and they are 5 star. I highly recommend the 30-minute drive south if you want honesty and top-notch customer service. I have used them multiple times when Franklin was unavailable or unwilling to help me. More

Went in for service (oil change and antifreeze swap). Dalton took great care through the entire process. Seth worked out a package deal for the Antifreeze service and the Oil Change package. This review is specifically regarding the service department at CDJR Franklin.  Due to poor (or, in some instances, none) communication, incompetence, and overall lack of basic customer care, my Jeep department at CDJR Franklin.  Due to poor (or, in some instances, none) communication, incompetence, and overall lack of basic customer care, my Jeep has been into the service department four different times to fix what one would consider a small issue.  Parts were not ordered at all, parts were ordered incorrectly, and communication was initiated by this dealership only after they had my Jeep for longer than initially stated - including, in one instance, overnight.  After filling out a survey halfway through this ordeal, expressing my displeasure, the dealer said they would install all of the correct parts and even detail my car, as a show of appreciation for all of the inconvenience I went through.  Neither of these things were done.  In fact, incredulously, another part on my Jeep was broken in the process of “fixing” the original issue.  The service manager blamed his staff and said he was “cleaning house” to make things better.  He promised that if I brought my Jeep in a final time, they would fix everything, they would detail it, and they would have a loaner for me, ready to go.  They did not detail my Jeep, and they did not have a loaner for me ready to go at my appointment time.  This time there was no employee to blame and it is clearly a direct reflection of the leadership at CDJR Franklin.
