Our experience at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a WONDERFUL one, starting off by being greeted by Brandon. When the original vehicle we came to checkout didn’t end up being the right fit for my daughter, he knew of one that had just been traded…it ended up being the perfect car for her. We had to go back to the dealership a couple of times, because of something on our end, not theirs…& both times, my daughter looked forward to going back & seeing “Mr Brandon”. He has such a great way about him. He makes the whole process from start to finish enjoyable for young & old alike! We also were greeted by Joe and Michael each time we walked in, & they were quick to congratulate my daughter for saving her own money to purchase a car.
