The only down fall with this department is that the workers generally ingnore the customers when they enter that area. For a customer service area, they really need to do a MUCH better job at acknlowleging their customers upon entery if they are not already working with a customer. I've come there several times (including the last visit) and although they'll be 5 people working behind computers and only one working with a customer, the other 4 workers will ignore the fact that there is a line of customers waiting for support. Not sure why they do this, but I have heard from other customers that they always do this to all customers. This is a very POOR practice and someone needs to do something to make sure the workers know that their primary role is to support the customers. There is no reason why there should be 5 workers, only one with a customer and a long line of customers waiting to for help. Very Frustrating. More
