They made my purchase of my 2014 Ram 1500 big horn easy and were straight forward with me on pricing and financing options and my trade in value .So when I decided that now might be a good time to trade in my 2014 based on low miles excellent condition and a remaining portion of the factory warranty I thought this to be a good time to entertain my options on a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie. They worked hard (especially my salesman Derek Harlin) and the finance team and all others involved to make my deal. I want to mention I did shop the internet and a few dealers close to my home but choose Franklin Sussex again.
