Dear Customer, I am a little offend by this response as I believe we probably worked hard to get you approved yet you are not happy. Some of the new products can not have CD players added to a lot of them, modern technology, ugh! If yours could I am sure we could have worked something out. I am also a little concerned that you say you left me messages and I have not responded or dished you off which is not my MO, I have been with the company for 35 years and pride myself on customer satisfaction, and would surely call someone back if they left me a message, especially numerous ones as you state. Mr.Snouffer You can be as offended as you wish but I don't lie so now I am offended. You basically called me a liar...I called you a few times & left my name & number. Not once did you call me back...as I said you pushed me off to someone else. Your service department also lies!! I asked what time were they open until & Joe said 7PM. I had a check engine light on. I asked if I could come down & he said sure. Can you come in the morning I explained to him I didn't think that was possible I had a dentist appointment in Lords Valley, PA at 1 or 2, sorry I don't remember, so it wont be until later in the afternoon. He said ok fine. I was on my way down it was 4:30-5:00?? and called to be sure they were still there & they said yes Wednesday was their late night. So I got there at 5ish & they said oh you're dropping off your car?? I was like no?? I'm here to have the check engine light looked at? They were like well everyone went home all the service guys. I was like then who are you 2? I believe they were both Joe? service Mgr & co-mgr? the one Joe said "oh you didn't talk to me, he was very rude & had an attitude. I was like well I spoke to someone in charge & the service Mgr "oh that was me" but I told you to be here by 3-4 PM??? I was like I had a dentist appointment as I told you in PA & knew I couldn't make it down. So I said well I'm here can't one of you look at it? They were like no we don't know how???/ I said you're both service Mgr's & you don't know how??? They said no. So I called you again. You gave me to some other guy & I complained to him. He was ok but his suggestion was that I come down the next day. I said I couldn't because I was babysitting. So he suggested a service guy drive up get my car & take it back down to Jersey & back up. Ok I appreciate that but I didn't have gas for that nor did I want any more miles added up on my car??? Well the light went out due to my gas cap not closed right. My son helped me through it!!! I called & cancelled any way before it fixed itself. Lisa asked me if I cared what color car I got I was like no I guess not. She said she had a nice silver one with a few extras that she thought I'd like. Then after jerking me around all of a sudden the silver car was "GONE"??? so we got the red car. Nothing really in it?? very basic?? I'm just very annoyed with the whole situation. I swore I would never buy a car from you because about 10 years ago you screwed me out of another car?? So I guess you see why I'm so bitter toward you & your company. My feelings still remain "DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FRANKLIN SUSSEX AUTO"!!!! I will keep passing that along Sincerely Customer!!
